[SpaceProgram] Underwater laboratory for Space exploration

Thanks J & Matt for the references.
Mach30 is an excellent source of information on 501(c)3, ITAR and other stuff. 
This is not surprising as our goals are very closely aligned... and J is one of the founders of Dayton Diode (Ohio USA hackerspace).  I expect to see lots of collaboration as we go forward.
