[sudoroom] [!!!] Sudo Move && Sudo Sign Lease?

Hey David,

Agreed, so the people who sign the lease on behalf of Sudo room will have
to be willing to take the financial risk of Sudo room being unable to fund
continuing rent payments and they themselves will have to be willing to
cover the entire amount. So if we choose to proceed, some of us (and I'll
include myself) will have to commit to X number of dollars per month for
set period of time.

I'm curious if we can get that magical 23 number again :)
