[sudoroom] [!!!] Sudo Move && Sudo Sign Lease?

Hey All,

I know Weds is Halloween, but *please please please come to 2135 Broadway
at 7pm sharp* so we can finalize these proposals and get closer to making a
decision. This is *CRITICAL*! We can be done and on with our nights in
no-time if we just come prepared and ready to go. *Also, wear a costume!?*

If there are any proposals not listed, please propose a budget since that
will best help us come to a decision on Weds.

For clarity, the "Biohack" space is referred to here as the *"Art
Studio"*since it looks like and used to be an art studio before George
and Laurie
bought the building (pressed wood floors and large sink). See attached

Hol has offered a proposal with options (there is an email thread on this
already, and his doc is attached) and is listed accordingly above.

*After a second walk-through with the landlords on Saturday, a few folks
(Anthony, Marina, Jehan) and I dove into our current budget and started to
piece together what we (definitively) owe right now and what we can expect
to afford. As a result, Anthony, Marina, and I finalized another proposal,
which is a variation of Hol's:

*Simply the* 1500 "Art Studio"* on the 2nd floor.
