Hey All,<br><br>I know Weds is Halloween, but <b>please please please come to 2135 Broadway at 7pm sharp</b> so we can finalize these proposals and get closer to making a decision. This is <b>CRITICAL</b>! We can be done and on with our nights in no-time if we just come prepared and ready to go. <i>Also, wear a costume!?</i><br>

<br>Hol has offered a proposal with options (there is an email thread on this already, and his doc is attached) and is listed accordingly above.<br><b><b><br></b></b>After a second walk-through with the landlords on Saturday, a few folks (Anthony, Marina, Jehan) and I dove into our current budget and started to piece together what we (definitively) owe right now and what we can expect to afford. As a result, Anthony, Marina, and I finalized another proposal, which is a variation of Hol's:<br>
