[SpaceProgram] sea vs. spacesteading

If they stayed for longer than 2 hours at 30 feet they could get the bends.
Any deeper and it much faster than that even.

Astonaughts can get the bends coming out of a space suit into habitat if
its lower presure in the suit for mobility.
