[SpaceProgram] HSP Proposal: feedback requested

Perhaps it would be better if the IP embodied in projects which may be
contributed by hackerspaces are released under open-source
intellectual property licenses, such as GPLv2 or GPLv3 or TAPR OHL or
CERN OHL or Creative Commons, Free Documentation License, etc.

I guess most hackerspaces would likely want to follow down this path,
but I guess it's ultimately a decision which is up to the people
making the IP.

This means that it's open, but it's protected against somebody ripping
it off and forking it into a closed, proprietary product and selling
it without keeping their version of it open, if you know what I mean.
