well, we could do relish and chutneys making workshop, those are almost 
instant good. I have some nice texan jalapeno relish, but it's bought. I 
hope to make some relish or chutneys this weekend.

I have been making, so I was thinking about tasting. My fermentation
periods are usually a few months. If others have nice sauces would be
nice to compare.
