Hi Folks,

I'm not entirely sure how to go about this, but I just wanted to throw
it in for those who'll be coming to CCC: I will be able to help out a
little bit here and there (hard to say up front how much, as we'll have
a small baby with us). In general I don't have any preference as to what
to help out with..

### Marcel (Bigmac)  is going to have  three, I think he will win on the numbers but you may have numbe one concerning age, congratulation! :-)

I like the idea of a bread baking workshop. Other doughs would be
interesting as well..I've done a bit of bread, bagel and pizza backing
myself, though I haven't always dutyfully optimized the different doughs
but they were always 'edible' :)

### I'm copying Lotte who is getting ready for a big baking project with Milliways (our neighbours hopefully), we would like to join at least on a smaller scale. Marcel plans to do pizza oven, so we could have two baking options ... Do you do sourdough? I love that!

Before CCC starts I plan to do some experiments on puff pastry. We could
then possibly experiment further at CCC, if there is an interest; excess
of puff pastry dough can always be used to make fruit or veggie pies or
other types of yummie stuff :)

The other plan I had for CCC was to make a magnetic stirrer to prepare
emulsions for some of the herbal stuff I do. Not sure if I will add in a
heating element: I'll start with the stirrer first and see how that
evolves :)

### We plan to have biolab, this would be lovely for  it. I've copied Winand from Groningen, he may have some info, did open source PCR project before.

Oh yes, is there any need for a small sample of Kombucha mother and/or
milk kefir grains? (I seem to remember vaguely -and hopefully correctly-
that at Ohm some people brought samples of their cultures, which ended
up together in one big bucket/barrel/whatever it was :); hence the question)

### please any probiotic cultures which you can share, we will blend the kombuchas together strenghtening our "kombucha cospomolita super culture" :-)

And finally, with regard to the fundraising: I might have missed it but
is there already a logo for FHB that will be used at camp? If so, where
can I find it?

### We have logo but not at our wiki yet and not at our campaign, will be done, have to be found again in the archives ...

### PS By the way did you signed for the food hacking base wiki at the CCC camp wiki? + We are now looking for people who would like to do some food&drink related event in their community during our crowdsourcing campaign so we can get more attention and funds, would you be interested?
