You forgot the Sushi preparing (which is not cooking ;-) ) in your list.
Furthermore, you foresee a heating food buffet, what about a cooling one? If you serve Sushi or other stuff like fresh food (like vegetables or fruits), this would really help.
For the freezer: is it large enough to carry some fresh (frozen) fish? I'll probably bring some salmon and thuna (no, not red one), some calamari and octopus and some smaller fishes. 

Furthermore, I made the decision that I'll bring the ingredients for the Sushi workshop/cooking...emmmm preparing myself and enter the costs to HoP for refunding. As such, I can decide myself on which fish to buy. I hope this won't be a problem.
