I remember in last congresses the room next to the jimmy, mitch and wim room in the basement was mostly empty and
used from time to time for workshops. I bet we can get that room to do an unofficial meetup there. Not sure if
doing it outside bcc would work as well, as people then have to make a larger effort to attend whereas if we get
a room at bcc, they're already there.

As for video bumpers, if we are indeed going to do this (and I think it's a great opportunity to create awareness
of the unofficial panel thing we'll be doing) I can contact ppl at shackspace (some might even be on this list)
who do lots with video editting. Do we have any ideas regarding the look&feel and message in those bumpers?

As for the name, i was thinking more along the lines of 'equally different' or something like that, hi-lighting
the fact that many hackers are often getting negative attention for being smart and critical and all.
