[hackerspaces] Alcohol policies?

At HSBNE we don't really have any rules relating to it and occasionally the
founder will bring in a carton when things get tense and drama-y to hand
out.

That being said, there's an (often uncommunicated) expectation that if
you're doing unsafe things or doing things that can make other members
_feel_ unsafe (If you can't adequately explain why it isn't unsafe, it
generally is unsafe IMO) then you can be asked to stop or leave.

Several of our members injure themselves enough when sober though, and I'd
hate to think what'd happen if they'd been doing those activities drunk.
