[hackerspaces] AGMs?

Thanks for the offer. That would be a useful check. We filed the simplified application and have most of the paperwork prepared for the full application (which backs it up). We have a fiscal sponsorship to cover us during the certification process. We filed our application at the end of November. 

I'm about to inquire as to where we are in the process today. We're getting a bit antsy about our status as we're starting to write grant applications to develop some neighborhood outreach and education programs.
