[hackerspaces] AGMs?

If interested, I can see who has the paperwork HacDC filed for 501c3 status
and probably get you a copy.  I believe we were selected for additional
review as well (Hackerspaces seem to have gotten swept up in the whole
Citizens United Progressive/Conservative groups filing for non profit
status en masse),

I think our non profit status was approved into 2013 (and filed in like
2009).
