[hackerspaces] membres hogging space and a lot of tables

At the Hack Factory, we require our members to put their stuff away on the provided shelves when they're not working on it. Anything left on tables gets moved, and if it's not labeled with a name and contact info, it goes on our "up for grabs" shelves.
