[hackerspaces] A Rocket Flight Opportunity For Code - Project Prometheus of Masten Space Systems

P.S. A clarification on what Masten means when they said 'Educational
Institutions fly for free'; the terms behind the statement are that the
project requires that you involve high school and/or college students in
the design, code and fly process and have a direct association with their
educational institution. The project is only open to educational
institutions. So you'd have to associate yourself with one.
