A clarification on what Masten means when they said 'Educational Institutions fly for free'; the terms behind the statement are that the project requires that you involve high school and/or college students in the design, code and fly process and have a direct association with their educational institution. The project is only open to educational institutions. So you'd have to associate yourself with one.<br>

In summary; there is a Raspberry Pi on board that is connected to a<br>
sensor suite. Send Masten some code you want to run during a flight that<br>
processes inputs from the sensors during the flight. The project is for<br>

landing detection, mass estimation and position/attitude estimation. You<br>
