The distinctions you're drawing here are yours alone, and poor ones.
No one else has suggested the dividing line that you're describing
here. There are a hundred factors that make a space more
hackerspace-y, and freeside and nycresistor both have 90 of them,
while geniuscorps has 2 of them. there's a line somewhere between
those two numbers that should be the bar for inclusion on the wiki.
