Hello, so far, campzer0 have already location, it would be Fort 
Monostor, Komárom, Hungary, near Slovak-Hungarian borders.

now is action up to you, send us cfp to cfp at camp.hsbp.org
Topics should cover mostly technical presentations focusing on
breaking and building infrastructure and on current ethical issues. If 
you not sure, send your cfp and we will validate or make separate track 
for lighting talks.
