[hackerspaces] starting a new project - discuss list creation here?

Hi to all,
I'm starting to collaborate with several hackerspaces on a project of an experimental incubator which is hosted temporarily at Noisebridge wiki - here is the basic "preliminary draft"

I wonder if it would be OK to create a discuss list under hackerspaces org and if so who shall I ask for more info?
