[hackerspaces] Out with the "hackers"... In with the, "makers" and the "fixers"

I think you would all be amazed just how much of the "hacker" community is
actually in some way related to the US federal government.  I mean, they
don't call it fedcon for nothing.

Hacker has as much a negative connotation as a positive one.  I mean heck
they have Mudge doing DARPA outreach to "hackerspaces" specifically.

There are some positive connotations to the term even today.
