[hackerspaces] Why doesn't US hackerspaces show up at hackerspaces.org

Mediawiki has a hard limit of 500 results returned in a list for normal
users. This can be set up to 5000 but the wiki user needs higher system
limits set to do so (mainly reserved for sysops).
