[hackerspaces] Why doesn't US hackerspaces show up at hackerspaces.org

http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/List_of_Hacker_Spaces seems to be quite
complete, but it's only active spaces.

The http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/List_of_ALL_hackerspaces's code says
limit=2000 but appears to allow only a maximum of 500.
