[hackerspaces] Does a space need water?

simple answer:

yes it does.

its ok if the bathroom is 20 meters or so away, but not being able to
wash your hands before running through many doors and or half a building
is a really bad idea. (unless you like lots of cleaning and still
trouble with other tenants ;)

i can also recommend having some hand-wash-paste ready, to get real dirt
(means can also be oil) from fingers properly
