[hackerspaces] Deleting Wikipages

http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/List_of_Hacker_Spaces
there are about the same number of hackerspaces in the "planned" status as in the "active" status. I think that correctly labelling a place, and putting a link to a non-commercial website describing the effort and its current state should be enough to warrant non-deletion.
