No offense to anyone who left, but I think it's people's own
responsibility if they want to leave. I don't think anyone leaving
should be a basis for finding rules of communication. It runs the risk
of the statement "I'd leave if this or this happens" becoming a threat
rather that just a statement of consequences.
People are free to leave for whatever reasons, but it should not be a
basis for changing the rules of discourse, I'd say leave that with the
people who want to stay.
And I'd consider most people here about equally valuable. I don't think
we have anyone without value.
