[hackerspaces] please link to your bylaws

it truly is valuable to look at other hackerspaces' bylaws, just to get some
ideas about things you do or do not want to address in your own, and start
thinking about ways in which you want to address concerns similarly to or
differently from other spaces.

but, when it gets down to it, jur1st is absolutely right. you need to look
at the prevailing local law to make sure that your bylaws, your articles of
incorporation, and any other required documents comply with the laws of the
locality. some jurisdictions are more or less specific than others about
what must be in your documents, and it's better to take a very detailed look
at the laws to start with instead of realising later that you have to redo
one or more of your formative documents. in the United States, it's a state
question; i'm not familiar with the structure of corporations law in Canada
[or any other nation, for that matter...], so i don't know if it's
provincial or federal.
