[sudoroom] Proposal to rent biohack room and fishbowl

May I humbly suggest the independent rental of one of the Mezzanine-level
offices by those desiring a dedicated recording studio? There is one with a
window overlooking the back kitchen area of the jazz club ($350), and a
windowless office down the hall for $250. I am personally in negotiation
with George (the landlord) about a small office in 2141 for my writing work
and independent consultations, and I think other Sudoers should feel free
to do the same!

They are small (still no word from George on the exact dimensions of all
spaces available), but perfect for something like a tiny recording studio.
The one caveat is that the mezzanine level is not elevator accessible.
