[sudoroom] Proposal to rent biohack room and fishbowl

Seems to me we have a few global needs which capture a large swath of
interests:
1. Common, empty working table space. Somewhere to throw laptops down and
have a huddle, or to open something up and put it back together.
2. Fixed station space. A few stations dedicated to particular, open usage
(maybe a computer terminal, a 3-d printer, or some other device).
2. (a) some of these stations may have delicate concerns (e.g. ventilation
for soldering, sound containment for recording).
3. Water and sink. Access or proximity to water and a sink are necessary
for various activities.
4. Windows and air. Access or proximity to outside air is necessary for
various activities. I think this model might be a useful conceptual one,
and please remix or build on it if you think it's useful!
