[sudoroom] electronic access

1. We are expecting some quotes from a professional this week -- Erik has
more info.
2. All we need is some opening and intercom hardware because (a) George
will have someone install it for us and (b)
Marc/Erik/Andrew/Dan/Jae/Myself/andNowSusan/AnyoneElse are interested in
making the proper interfaces and getting them working all together.
3. I'm working on making sure access is provided as much as possible in the
mean time, coordinating with Jenny/Felicia.
