i looked into this 2 years ago after hearing about the stuff
from an economist conference.

maybe they have some equipment that is usable?

> Greetings!
> Graphene Laboratories, Inc. is excited to announce the expansion of our product line to include several new 2D graphene-like layered materials. We are now offering suspensions of atomically thin flakes of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), tungsten disulfide (WS2), and boron nitride (BN) on the Graphene Supermarket. The suspensions are safe-to-handle inks and are highly stable and versatile as they may be easily applied to any substrate.

> BN is a hexagonal lattice just as graphene is, but opposite to graphene, it is a dielectric. BN can be used in hybrid graphene-BN devices and has applications in thin insulating films, protective coatings, and deep ultraviolet emitters.
>
> Two dimensional MoS2 and WS2 are semiconductors, exhibiting a direct band gap which makes them useful for electronic and optoelectronic applications. These 2D materials have potential applications as chemical sensors, photovoltaic devices, low-power thin-film-transistors and printable electronics.
>
> We also offer the crystal form of MoS2, which can be used for preparation of 2D films by mechanical exfoliation (the scotch tape method), similarly to graphene.
> Custom Solutions for Your Application
> Along with our new products comes the ability to create solutions from a vast array of 2-dimensional materials. If none of these materials suit your specific research needs, please contact us at info at graphenelab.com to discuss what we can do to advance your research.
> We hope you decide to check out our growing line of 2-dimensional products!
