[SpaceProgram] sea vs. spacesteading

I watched the video. OMG that is dangerous. It would be insanely easy to
get an air embolism on your way up. You should never do any underwater
experimenting until you have rescue diver cert at minimum. Free diving to a
pressuized bubble is just plain stupid. Scuba diving to and from is a must.
Unless you are only 2 or 3 feet down.
