I wonder how viable a predominantly unmanned makerlab/ fablab might be?
I'm thinking semi-automated and/ or robotic-controlled 3D printing, laser
cutting, welding, etc.
Could feedstock/ raw materials be viably ferried from Earth (or harvested
from sources in space?) and fuel a useful space-based fabrication facility?
