[SpaceProgram] Mach30.org. related non profit space foundation

I was recently connected with the Mach 30 organization. Check out their website at http://mach30.org
They are a non profit organized to further space flight r&d.
The home page has a sidebar listing several more related organizations. 
Other areas of particular relevance to HSP are the public record docs. 
Their articles of incorporation and bylaws can be used along with those of Hackerspaces linked on the Hackerspace.org wiki as examples for ours. 

Of particular interest are the docs regarding their 501c3 application. Check out the clarification letter they wrote in response to IRS questions.
