This I think is very relevant to our collective interests... If anyone in
Silicon Valley is planning to go, it would be appreciated if they could
report here on some of the content!

In the meantime, I'm planning to do a talk at the local Shanghai BarCamp on
September 24th (http://techyizu.org/shanghai-barcamp-2011-september-24).

The MIT/Stanford Venture Lab (VLAB) is the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of
the MIT Enterprise Forum, a non-profit, 100% volunteer-run organization
dedicated to promoting the growth and success of high-tech ventures. VLAB
hosts the largest ongoing gathering of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, venture
capitalists and thought leaders at monthly events at the Stanford Graduate
School of Business. Reaching an ecosystem of over 25,000 influencers, VLAB
identifies technologies, ideas and people that will have a disruptive impact
upon an industry. The caliber of presenting companies and panelists at our
events has earned VLAB the reputation as one of the premier high-tech forums
in the Silicon Valley.

VLAB was originally founded in 1990 by the MIT Enterprise Forum and the
Alumni Association of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. We are
officially called the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Bay Area and are part of
an international organization with 27 chapters throughout the U.S., Canada,
Europe and Asia.
