[Spaceapi-devel] Dead or faulty SpaceAPI endpoints

Hi,

Maybe it's an idea to have a spaceapi-admin field to specify an email
address for monitoring.

If it's down, spam the right admin as soon as it is down for 24 hours,
every 24 hours :)
