[Hacker-event-theory] HEDP wiki page

hi all

i've setup

http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Hacker_Event_Design_Patterns

and added the few items we've covered so far. i've modelled the layout on
the hacker design patterns wiki page

i think we should outline the missing pieces and try to tackle them. it'd
be nice to create some sections maybe?

i'll keep an eye on the page and do any visual tidying up when necessary.

feedback/ammendments/additions more than welcome
