[foodhackingbase] preparations for CCC summer camp

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your input Frantisek.

For starters: yes everyone who wants to can work on the pad
https://milliways.info/pad/p/fbhccc2015, please add your name in the little
box top right. The changes you make will be visible in the pad in the color
next to your name. Please leave it like that so others can see the
suggested changes. In the chat bottom right you can discuss with others
working on the pad.

For the sharing with Milliways part: it still needs to be discussed with
the Milliways cook, so we're not sure it is an option just yet. It depends
on what his ideas are. I think if we want to share there must be some
shared area with the shared equipment, carrying it back and forth is not an
option imho - not even if we are close.
That doesn't necessarily mean that we have to share the complete kitchen,
but we would have to be attached to each other somehow.

As to the schedule Frantisek made: as I mentioned before I think the person
overseeing things should not be doing things during his/her shift but make
sure things get done. I don't think the same person should be making
breakfast/lunch/dinner etc. Or do you mean the responsibility is to see to
it that these things get done?
I would also like to ask who the meals would be for? Would it be for the
FHB people or will we be handing it out?

As Frantisek mentioned it would be really nice to have some more volunteers
for the shifts. I'm aiming for doing the maximum of one shift a day, and
I'm pretty sure that Frantisek would like that too. If we can't find other
volunteers we might consider closing the FHB for the other shifts? Or at
least have low activity then?

Would like to here everyone's thoughts on this!
