[foodhackingbase] money issue - how to get access to our PayPal cash when the account is limited

Hello,

I maybe have two options to offer. :)

First Option:
Is there is any (legal) chance that someone else can get the money in
Ireland from the account with an authorization from you?
My sister lives in Dublin. I could ask her if she would withdraw the
money and send it to you via her bank account. But we have to check
limitations from her side as well

Another option:
Some friends of her work/worked (I currently do not know) for paypal
in Dublin.
But I have to ask her.

Sincerely,
Ingo
