[foodhackingbase] money issue - how to get access to our PayPal cash when the account is limited

Hi to all,
I will try to be brief and short it is about our money. We have 365.75 
EU on "my personal Paypal account" which is now limited because I've 
exceeded the legal limit allowed per person by EU legislation bla bla 
bla ... That happened during the last crowd sourcing campaign during our 
Food Hacking Tour Europe 2014 (we reached over 2000 eu happy :-)). I 
would like to know if there is anyone in our group who would know 
someone who could lift the limitation or who would know someone who 
knows someone ... I've tried to lift the limitation by providing 
whatever details necessary  but because the bank account linked to 
PayPal is Irish one (as is the PayPal account by the way), I can not do 
basically anything - changing residency, changing bank account etc. all 
prohibited. To get hands on the money I would have to send them to the 
account to Ireland (if they allow even that) and as you guess I do not 
have access to it now from South Korea. For a complete picture I have 
tried to talk to the PayPal staff several times and no chance, 
changing/linking to one of my South Korea bank accounts, using my Korean 
Visa as prove of address, nothing matters as long as it is not the 
billing address (which is the Irish one) etc. they keep the money. The 
only way which I see is either getting someone in hierarchy to remove 
the limitation (someone who we know) or make a public case of this, 
because honestly they are screwing us really bad (and keeping the money 
of course). We did not have any issue concerning transfers etc. so we 
should be clean.

I'm personally very unhappy with this because I see it as enormous waste 
of time. I think that in the future someone else should be keeping the 
cash on the account (as I was suggesting already before), someone who 
has nice sturdy business account and is more or less resident in one 
location. I've to say that the previous campaign where Marcel was the 
official receiver of funds worked nice and smooth so that model worked 
great - but of course it was his time and energy needed to keep the 
track on the flow.

Anyway if you know someone who could help us to take care about this 
please let me know I really would like to this sorted it makes me feel 
bad.
