Well, that is limited to 5gb traffic/month. If you do the 1.25/month hosting 
at one.com it's 5gb storage and unlimited traffic; I also have some 
customers being hosted there and very happy.

Greenhost (idealistic hoster in .nl) asks 4.50 for their shared-hosting
account, which would run mediawiki (54,- per year):
