Hi to all,
shortly I've smoked a bit and it was a long day today, trust me in that.
1) we have claimed our assembly location, at least 4-4 metres we have,
should be around 6x6 probably, next to is workshop area.
2) floor is covered in the assembly by by orga so far approved water
proof material, for details ask Marcel
3) first table is standing, needs upgrades but it will be fine shortly.
4) moved all our things from the Hall H (main hall) to our assembly,
thanks to Thorsten, Bobson and Bravo
5) did main shopping for 31c3 concerning food and cleaning things, will
do rest tomorrow 24th. On 27th we can actually do shopping, shops will
be opened, that is a very good news for fresh product.
Tomorrow we will do another shopping, asks if you need something - even
directly me or you can bring it of course if it is suitable, but check
concerning expenses, we are basically out of cash for the events, have a
bit ready but not too much till the event starts and we get donations
from people enjoying our activities :-)
More tables and shelves should be done, depends on our abilities to use
other people tools, some basic wood working tools etc. if someone is
coming on 25th would come handy.
The situation here is very active changing all the time, hard to
describe by simple words, poem would be more suitable I would say :-) We
will have a good congress but the amount of energy and team spirit
needing for that is great, so do remember that we come here also to
enjoy.
That would be all for now, enjoy the Christmas evening and talk to you
very soon.
Sincerely,
Frantisek
