Please check out the draft of the blog post there, plus the photos - best as preview, change and improve what you consider appropriate.

I would like to post it tomorrow.

At the moment the account is associated with my email address, it would be good to create some info at foodhackingbase.org email or something like that, any ideas?

I have created a pad under pads.mwfc.info (thanks Christian for platform I hope I do not abuse it in this way)

which includes the first draft of the blog post about our build up of the 
hexayurt cold room project. It is definitely not complete and some of 
the things are not accurate I'm afraid so I hope that we can make it 
nice and neat together. I'm now working on the photos, hoping to have everything ready by the end of the next week latest.
