in our Food Hacking Base village (fhb)

we are  discussing the build up of a cold room

We wonder who would be interested in joining the project - open source, community based as usually :-) We need to figure out how much space is needed and based on that decide how big cold room to build and what to use as a cooling system.

At the moment we consider to hack air conditioning unit and build an isnulated "shell/room"  around it so we need to get (or borrow) air con and some insulation material, cheaper better, free best! 


Any ideas, experience and tips would be great, it is our first time doing this :-)
