[hackerspaces] Mastodon?

Please... all those opposing to (insert programming language of dislike 
here) ... write your own variety of the same application in (insert 
programming language of preference here) and wait until someone else 
starts bashing on you for (insert Hitler or AIDS reference here).

Currently mastodon is the thing that is being used. I still think it's 
better to mastodontate than to play with your birdie (pun intended). I 
love the idea of do-ocracy. If you do it in Node.js and Ruby, that 
better than telling the whole world they should do it in ANSI C and only 
run it on they fully open source and solar powered servers.
