[hackerspaces] Minor usage and student memberships

SSH:Chicago offers memberships to hackers as young as 16, but if you're
under 18, there's a six month probationary period where you need to have
another member with you in order to hack. We offer a non-voting, no frills
membership at $35/mo, and a voting membership with frills at $60 per month.
The cheaper membership is intended for students, etc., but it's available
to anyone.
