[hackerspaces] Wanted: your Hackerspace Design Patterns

I'm part of a relatively new hackerspace in Prishtina, Kosovo (Prishtina
Hackerspace), I'm not sure if we have much to share yet. But, I'd be happy
to see design patterns of hackerspaces in developing countries.
I assume that the financial situation in such countries would reflect
different hackerspace patterns from what we're used to see, and I find this
information lacking in our network.
