[hackerspaces] US - 501(c)3 wording

Congratulations! That is a big step for any US space.

Technically, you should say, "Donations may be tax deductible." since not
everyone can take a deduction for donations. You could link to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charitable_contribution_deductions_in_the_United_States
if you want to be more informative.
