[hackerspaces] Improve hackerspace diversity - Donate to Ada Initiative

I have mentored 3 interns for the GNOME Outreach Program for Women over the
last couple of years at Mozilla. It is fantastic!

I agree they are a really good program and encourage anyone here who isn't
an asshole to women to step up and volunteer for GNOME-OPW, or get your
company to sponsor an intern!
