[hackerspaces] Time to process US 501(3)c application?

One more datapoint.  i3 Detroit applied at the end of October 2011.  We
were approved 2 months later in Dec 2011, but never got our approval
letter.  We called to check in March 2012 and they sent another one.  The
IRS didn't need us to revise anything and you can find our app on our wiki:
