Over at Dallas Makerspace we ended up hiring a broker.

This was our 4th Bldg leased over the past 4-5 years.

It turned out very nice the broker was able to handle most of the paperwork
and scheduled all the tour visits.

Most of us are amateurs at leasing commercial space by hiring a
professional it cut the learning curve of finding and leasing a commercial
space and negotiating on the price.

Note in our case the cost of the broker came at no direct cost to us it was
paid by the landlord a share of the total value of the lease.
